These Terms apply to the FitBossElite website, digital products and coaching services. Your individual offer, checkout and coaching agreement may include additional terms for the service you select.
Eligibility & coaching
Adults may purchase services for themselves. For a participant under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be involved in enrollment and consent.
FitBossElite provides fitness coaching and general nutrition education. Coaching scope, support level, communication and in-person sessions depend on the service selected.
Payments & cancellations
Billing is governed by the Billing & Cancellation Policy plus the exact terms shown in your accepted offer, invoice or checkout.
Digital products & coaching materials
Programs, documents, videos and other materials are for the purchaser’s personal use. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed or used to provide services as FitBossElite without written permission.
Results
Individual results vary. FitBossElite does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss, muscle gain, strength increase, body-fat change or athletic result.
Website & third-party services
Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information or interfere with site operation. The site may link to third-party services such as payment, form and social platforms; those services have their own terms and policies.
Liability & updates
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FitBossElite is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or services. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
These Terms may be updated for future use or purchases. Changes do not replace an existing signed client agreement unless both sides agree or applicable law requires it.
