Information we may collect

• Contact details such as your name, email and phone number.
• Coaching information such as goals, training history, schedule, nutrition habits and progress metrics.
• Health-related information you choose to share that is relevant to safe exercise coaching.
• Optional uploads such as body-composition reports or progress photos.
• Standard website information collected by hosting and security providers.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. FitBossElite does not need your full card number to provide coaching.

How we use it

• Review applications and communicate with you.
• Build, deliver and adjust coaching.
• Track progress and provide accountability.
• Process payments, maintain records and operate the business.

Ask FBE

Normal Ask FBE questions are matched in your browser against the website's built-in answer library and are not sent to FitBossElite. If your browser supports optional voice input, speech recognition may be handled by your browser or device provider under its own privacy practices. If you choose to submit the optional FBE Fit Check review form, the name, email and Fit Check summary you submit are sent to FitBossElite through Formspree.

Service providers

FitBossElite may use trusted providers for website hosting, forms, payments and communications, including services such as Netlify, Formspree and Stripe. Those providers handle information under their own privacy practices.

Photos, testimonials & marketing

Photos, videos and testimonials submitted for coaching are not automatically approved for marketing. Marketing use requires separate permission.

Storage & your choices

Information is kept as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing fitbosselite@gmail.com, subject to any records FitBossElite is required to keep.

Minors & contact

A parent or legal guardian should participate in enrollment and consent for clients under 18. Questions about privacy can be sent to fitbosselite@gmail.com.
