I’m Charles Livers — a hybrid athlete and coach built on discipline. I don’t coach “motivation.” I coach systems. Systems that build strength, bring back athletic movement, and create a physique that shows you train.

I’ve trained at an elite level for years and I’ve rebuilt through setbacks — including two ACL reconstructions using hamstring grafts. That experience shaped how I program for men 30+: heavy strength work, athletic power, mobility, and durability — so you can train hard without feeling broken.

My style is simple: measure → progress → repeat. If you follow the plan and communicate weekly, you’ll get results you can keep.
